Our Ideology

We find inspiration in the bounty & beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Our project will delight our guests with delicious food & drinks plus friendly service while providing welcoming spaces to spend their time. Our guests will come to us on foot, bike, bus, boat & light rail. Our ordering & payment systems will be modernized to allow for easy pick up. We invite our guests to be part of our new & exciting community gathering place. We are helping to write the next chapter of Seattle’s waterfront history.

We utilize simple branding to communicate our concepts & message. 

We use the finest farm direct produce, imported goods & housemade products. 

Our guest interfaces are accessible: quick serve counters, to go windows, bar seating, standing bars & refined casual service. 

The consistency & quality of our product, execution, ambiance & overall guest experience are the hallmarks of our model.

Our operations are inspired by the simplicity & functionality of a basic & streamlined kitchen.

We value organization, cleanliness, respect for our products & focused execution.

We are volume driven & prioritize quality production with short ticket times.

We cook & fill orders with efficiency & guest experience in mind.

Our commissary kitchen allows us the freedom & control to produce most of our offerings in house, maintaining quality while managing cost of goods.

Each concept has basic infrastructure while allowing for specific equipment & independent set ups.
